KaiPerm NW Federal Credit Union, located in a trendy Lloyd Center highrise, has been pampering their members since 1971.  The credit union’s board and management firmly believe that “getting new members” means going beyond traditional thinking to expand the credit union’s field of membership. Product usage and increasing business per member are the foundation of the credit union’s strategic planning.

Ed Waite, CEO

According to Ed, our credit union employees are strongly committed to the credit union mission that “our goal is your financial success; together we’re better.” We are committed to providing competitive member-oriented services and maintaining a high standard of strength, stability and integrity.

Maria Zarate, Vice President

Maria joined KaiPerm in 1993. She began her credit union career at KaiPerm.  She has worked in many departments, is a strong supporter of the credit union movement, and is available to help members with financial assistance.

Peggy, Sarah, Vicky, Angela, and Mirela

Peggy, Sarah, Vicky, Angela, and Mirela are Member Service Representatives.  Peggy has been with KaiPerm since 2005; Sarah has been with KaiPerm since 2005; Vicky and Angela joined KaiPerm in 2006; and Mirela has been with KaiPerm since 2000.  They are happy to help with any financial questions as well as product assistance.

Tina, Dale, and Gerry

Tina and Dale, KaiPerm’s loan staff, assist members with all aspects of the loan process.  Dale has 35 years prior experience in lending and has been with KaiPerm since 2001.  Tina has been with KaiPerm since 2000 and also can help with loan needs. Gerry has over 20 years prior lending and collection experience and joined KaiPerm in 2007.

Wendy

Wendy is the Accounting Specialist, and can assist members with all aspects of the credit union.  She has been a Member Service Representative as well as a Loan Officer and can help with any department. Wendy has been with KaiPerm since 2001.
