If you don't have Connexus®...

Send an email to KaiPerm NW Federal Credit Union with your request to have an application sent to you. (Please remember to include your mailing address in the email.) After you complete and send in the request, you'll receive your Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the mail.

Accessing Your Account

To begin, enter the following:

1. KaiPerm NWFCU ID — Press 2#
2. Account Information System — Press 1
3. Account Access — Press 1
4. Your Member Account Number — press the same number that appears on your statement, followed by the # sign
5. Enter your pin #

Also remember:

1. Pressing * returns you to the prior menu.
2. Press 9 to end the call.
