November 21st, 2007 - The staff at KaiPerm provide something that is very unusual these days- efficient and personal service! I recently talked with Vicky about CD options and was able to take care of my investments quickly over the phone and received the confirmations the next day. I could also confirm the transactions online. I find it is nice to talk with a person when considering where to put my money. November 21st, 2007 - I belonged to Kaiser Credit Union in SCAL for 20 years and was not impressed with them or their service.

I must say, the Kaiser Credit Union [in Portland] is just wonderful. Night and day when compared with the SCAL one. I have also just transferred all of my accounts from WAMU. You put them to shame too. You make my life much easier. Thank you.

October 18th, 2007 - While traveling, I was a victim of credit card (actually my debit card) fraud, and the credit union was on the ball to quickly notify me when they suspected suspicious activity on my card. Not only did they notify me and immediately cancel my card, they were quick to reverse the transaction and add the funds back to my account. I've always had very good experiences with KP credit union from the loan department to customer service. Peggy and Mirella are always very friendly and courteous and helpful when I call or email with a problem or just need an update on my account!
