If you've lost your KaiPerm Debit or Visa Credit Card, time is of the essence. Just in case it was actually stolen, or before someone uses it without your permission, call 800-472-3272 to deactivate your current Debit card and get a new one. For a lost Visa Credit Card call 800-808-7230. Doing so will deactivate your current Visa Credit Card and get a new one reissued to you fast.
